What Our Tech Does

We verify your swimming pool cleaner function.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We analyze your pool water and apply the proper chemicals and minerals to keep your water in excellent condition.

We vacuum your pool.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We check your pool equipment.

We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.

We net your pool.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We brush your pool (tiles, steps, walls).

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.

What the Pool Owner Does

Keep the pool equipment active and operating approving repairs when necessary.

Maintain correct water level.

Report any discoveries of swimming pool issues.

Additional Info

There might be extra startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.

Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.

Monthly service fee based on a 4 week month.

From October till March of each year we offer twice a month pool cleaning for Clearwater residents.

You will need a Stabilizer Treatment

Filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are mandatory for most residential pools in Florida. A few times per year we need to boost the stabilizer, perform a filter cleaning with acid and remove phosphates. A stabilizer treatment and filter cleanings cost $49 each quarter for weekly service customers.
